Two ways to reach us, both going to the same people. Discord is the faster of the two and is staffed around the clock; email is there if you would rather not use Discord or cannot get into it.
Discord
discord.gg/vanishhub is where licences are redeemed and where support happens. After you buy, redeeming your key there gets you the download and your own support channel, which is the quickest route to a person who can see your order.
support@vanishhub.com reaches the same team. Use it for anything you would rather keep off Discord - billing questions, refund requests, or a problem with a payment that never delivered a key.
What to include
Whichever you use, three things let us answer on the first reply instead of the third: the email address you paid with, what you bought, and what actually happened in your own words. If something failed, the exact wording of any error helps more than a description of it. If a key never arrived, check spam first - the email is automated and lands there occasionally.
Before you write
Two pages answer most of what comes in. The FAQ covers what Matcha can and cannot do, what it runs on, and the risk of using it. The refund policy sets out when a key can be refunded - worth reading before you buy rather than after, because instantly delivered keys are narrower than most goods on that front.
We do not publish a phone number or a postal address, and we will never ask you for a password, a card number or remote access to your machine. Anyone doing so in our name is not us.
