Who we are

Vanish Hub is a reseller. We sell and support licences for software built by other developers, and Matcha is one of them. We did not build Matcha and we do not decide what it does next - that is down to its own developers. What we are responsible for is the buying side: taking the payment, getting your key to you, and helping when something goes wrong.

We say this plainly because it changes what you should expect from us. We can help with your purchase, your key and your access. We cannot promise a feature, a fix or support for a particular game, because that is not ours to promise.

What Matcha is

Matcha is an external. It runs as its own program alongside the game rather than injecting into it, reading game state from outside and acting through ordinary input - aim assistance, visual overlays, movement and world tools. That is the practical difference from an executor: there is no script to find, paste or trust, and nothing else to buy. It runs on Windows, and not on Mac, Linux or mobile.

Because it does not inject code, an external cannot change game logic. Anything that would need the game itself altered is outside what Matcha can do. If that is what you are after, an executor and a script is the tool, not this.

Buying, delivery and support

Matcha is sold as a single lifetime licence, with no tiers and no renewals. Payments are handled by Komerza, our checkout provider, so card details are never seen by this site. Your key is emailed within seconds of the payment clearing, at any hour. You then redeem it in the Vanish Hub Discord, which gets you the download and a support channel.

Support runs through that Discord around the clock, and support@vanishhub.com reaches the same people. Before you buy, the refund policy is worth two minutes - it sets out when a key can and cannot be refunded, which for instantly delivered keys is narrower than most goods.

Being straight about the risk

Using a tool like this breaks the terms of use of the games it runs alongside, and accounts do get moderated for it. We would rather say so here than let you find out afterwards. Use an alternate account, and read the FAQ before buying - it covers bans, performance and what an external cannot do, without the varnish.
